I guess this might be a training ground for sub par salons, because even Fantastic Sams does a better job (as far as I know). I wanted a simple touch up and highlight. The process seemed normal: foils, then the dryer, then wash, then a toner. Kip left the toner on too long, leaving no highlights. So I could have done that at home with box color.
