Service is excellent and the work is done quickly.
Awesome place, very respectful and caring people. I've taken 4 different watches to get repaired and they have done an awesome job with the best prices I've seen in town. This will be the only place I go from now on.
Joe and his staff helped repair my wife's engagement and wedding bands today. A stone on each had fallen out and he took great care of us and our bands, even polishing my band to shine like hers when we picked up the repairs...SAME DAY. Thank you Joe!

Had my batteries replaced in 2 watches and my straps replaced on one of them. Had a great selection of leather straps that even satisfied my picky eye. Straps took awhile to come in (back order) but once they were in I was called that the watch was ready for pick up. Was in and out within 5 minutes and loved how my watch looked.
