We rented from these people in Virginia Beach for WAY TOO LONG! Our AC never worked. We had MASSIVE leaks in several different rooms (so bad that when we were packing to move out the CEILING caved in one of the rooms). Mold in several rooms. Nothing was ever fixed PROPERLY and IF someone came out, they "put a bandaid on a gunshot wound" which only lead to greater problems further down the line. Time after time, they'd not account for our PAID rent and send us letters threatening eviction without payment even though the check... read more

I stayed in there townhouse for 2 years The worst pple ever if u rent from them call the city 100% sure they not in safety standard
