I took my car for an alignment and parts install and I got my car back with a crooked steering wheel. I am sure they installed the parts and just charged me an alignment that they never did it. I took it back twice with the warranty and they never bothered to check the car on the lift or to fix it. They just made me wait about and 1 hour both times and they test drove the car and said that they had straightened the steering wheel and the alignments was fine. Got a completely flat tire, called a tow, had them take it to J&J and they had me back on the road in 15 minutes for 20 bucks. Fast, friendly, cheap. Doesn't get better than that.
