If I could do 0 stars I would for this piece of garbage. What a scum bag. Avoid this rat!! He's an amateur who has done nothing but steal from homeowners, subcontractors and creditors. He will lie to your face and then not pay what's owed. I unfortunately did subcontracting work for him and three years later (and a bunch of excuses) I'm still owed over $2000 for work I was never compensated on, despite our written and verbal agreements. Beware. I paid $3000 for a design that was never delivered. I kept getting excuses why owner couldn't meet face to face to complete the design. He was being sued by his neighbor and had to move. Did not remember what was said meeting to meeting. Person he has working for him in Morton is incompetent. He promised a drawing with structural engineering review and all I got was a partially done drawing in google sketchup that I cannot use.
