We switched to J&J Services after a horrible experience with WM, and I couldn’t be happier. The level of customer service Joey Faine and Hope Lyons have given us has been second to none. Kristina Marino is always prompt in responding to my emails about pick-ups and returns. J & J Services always does a good job with the pickup and return of the roll-off. I can’t recommend them enough.
