Never again will I rent from this place. I tried to contact him numerous times before we moved our stuff out, he did not return my phone calls. I left a note on my final payment to him, letting him know we might be leaving in the next two weeks. I gave him the two weeks rent and he never awknowleged me again. Then I get a notice telling me I am late, being charged a late fee and that I am locked out. When I called him to talk he was so rude as if I had done something wrong.
