HORRIBLE. One star is only given for the maintenance man because he does a wonderful job and is prompt with his work. -EXTREME NEGLIGENCE. When I first moved in, my apartment was disgusting and had clearly not been cleaned since the previous tennants left. Microwave, fridge, and shower were all extremely moldy. Fridge even had leftover rotten pizza in the bottom.
