I called these guys a few weeks ago and John told me I'd have to be put on a waiting list because he was so busy and he's 10 days out. I said okay because they're the first people to answer their phone around here and I needed my pool ready by the time our family came into town in June. Well weeks later, I call to ask if my turn is coming up and he told me "Oh yeah, I came by and decided I wasn't going to do your pool. Sorry I didn't call."
