Horrible scheduling process, plan on multiple trips of the technician coming out to fix something easy. Their technicians do not carry the necessary parts on them to fix the problem, they simply come out and charge you a $59 diagnostic fee then have you reschedule (at a later date). Here's a play-by-play: My water heater's pilot light went out so I call JJ Lay and they were able to squeeze me into the end of the day for the technician. JJ Lay Company is a Terrible Company, we got their number from our insurance company.They came over to find out our odor problem in the basement, ended up they find nothing and want to charge us $59.99, and when they sent the bill, it is $79.95!!!!! --- For doing NOTHING and didnt inform us the payment when we made the appointment.!!!!!! When we called for the billing issue, the girl who picked up the phone whose name is Bonnie, is terribly rude. Basically WORST plumber company you could ever imagine!
