Not a welcoming atmosphere for brides looking to feel special while finding their wedding dress. Lots of rules to follow while shopping & very pushy employees. Beautiful gowns but overall horrible experience.

Truly disappointing!!! While we did have a good time at the shop picking out bridesmaid dresses, the events that followed are truly disappointing. The way they treated one of my bridesmaids was absolutely horrible and uncalled for, and demeaning. The little "comments" they insert in their contracts need to be revisited, and perhaps the whole staff should get some training on how to treat your customers. I can not say enough about J.J. Kelly's. Dani was amazing and helped me with finding a nontraditional, beautiful wedding dress and then also dressed my maid of honor and bridesmaids. The experience was amazing, everyone was fabulous! They also took care of getting my dress set off to be preserved, which I highly recommend, made everything so simple.

This place was awful. I made an appointment and told them my budget which was well within their average range that people normally spend. As soon as I got there they led me to the clearance rack which had nothing like what I was wanting. They went ahead and pulled some dresses and I tried a few on but all of them were way UNDER my budget. They made me feel like a cheap piece of trash to be honest. Everything about my experience was from a movie! Dani took care of me from the moment I walked in, to helping me carry my dress out after the final fitting! I was prepared to shop for weeks before finding “the one” but we found it day one, thanks the J J Kelly! The most beautiful gowns, wish I could do it all over again, just for fun! (Keep the groom, of course!)

I said Yes to the dress here!!! I have been to at least 10 places before just stumbling upon JJ Kelly. Nathalie was amazing and knew exactly what I was looking for and it was the very first dress I tried on. This was my first time having multiple options to choose from! I had 3 dresses that we're gorgeous and so different compared to the other places. Every place I went it had the same ole same ole... this place had dresses I didn't even think existed. Thanks to Jane I found the dress, veil and earrings of my dreams!! Jane was a godsend and the whole staff at JJ Kelly were absolutely fantastic! Their selection of dresses is incredible and their service is top notch!! Love love love this place!!

My daughter selected her wedding dress from J.J. Kelly for her June wedding after shopping at several other bridal shops. She found a dress there that was classic, but unique...and absolutely gorgeous. The care and service we received there made the whole experience a joy. We ended up also ordering our wedding invitations there and my mother’s dress. Will definitely look forward to working with them again when the day comes for my younger daughter to get married. Highly recommend!
