I had the pleasure of working with J and J Home Services on a bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Hired for a master bathroom remodel with some basic upgrades. There was a noticeable lack of communication between the team which caused many delays and mistakes. It took over 6 month to complete the remodel of an average size space, and we’re stuck with living with poor workmanship, flaws in walls and grout joints, uneven flooring, damage to walls which affected other rooms in the house and shower floor not draining properly. Scheduled a man in home estimate which they rescheduled. No one showed for the rescheduled appointment and no one would return my phone calls. Disappointed.
