Tim answered his phone at 5:50 AM on 1/17/18 as my family of 5 was being transported to Toledo Hospital after near lethal carbon monoxide poisoning. His team came out within hours to inspect the furnace while my family was receiving medical treatment. Before we were discharged from the hospital, J&J was repairing our furnace. We were able to come home to a safe, warm house. We cannot thank them enough for their quick, professional response.

J&J Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed both my air conditioning and a new heating system. They arrived 5 minutes early, both times, and did an AWESOME job on the install of both units! I highly recommend this team for any hvac needs! They are the best!
Just had a yearly clean and check on our 17 year old furnace. First time using J&J. This was the most thorough cleaning and inspection I think we have ever had....thank you, Todd!
J&J helped me tremendously with a recent AC unit issue. They worked on an AC unit at a rental home that I own - and despite the renters not being the most helpful, J&J was able to complete the work in very timely manner and give me a full report as the property owner. Amazing customer service, GREAT communication and I would highly recommend them. I will be using them for future needs without hesitation.
I've used J & J Heating for a number of years and am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the service technician, Todd. Response to my request was quick...same morning service. Would highly recommend J & J to others. Thanks for being honest and the high quality work you do.
Had a heater installed though less than five years ago now I'm having problems with it have called over and over and they will not return my call. Would not recommend them with the work they do have had problems with my heater since day one.
