Don’t buy trailer homes from people who are name hector and Fernanda they will sell you the trailer home more then what it is , triple the price when it’s not even worth that price . They don’t fix anything nor do they care they just want the money .. and they will just give you a paper notarize not anything legal which states that you bought from them or with the title .
