I have lived near Waterworks Mall in Pittsburgh since before it even existed. The mall is managed by JJ Gumberg and they are by far the worst management company around. Walmart pulled out due to having the highest crime rate in the area, but to be fair the mall has had little or no security even after having two different women mugged and/or abducted while shopping at the mall.
