I took an Onan generator to JJ Generator services, called in advanced. They said they would be happy to take a look at it, not really sure what the issue is, but the generator is not running. It is an older model generator. I was told to leave it and they would take a look and let me know what they thought. I left it last Friday, he called me on Wednesday and said he could not do anything with it and that I need to come pick it up. I showed up at pre designated time. 8:30 am. Driving 1 1/2 hrs. But at nine o'clock, I called Jerry, and was told he would be 2hrs later. A heads up, to wait until 10:30, would have been nice. Great news everyone. Found a great place for generator repair. It's not J&J. Furthermore, J dude, said, be here at 8:30, no mention of the fact, ( If I have an emergency,) I WON'T be here. Seems to me, this place doesn't have the customers best interest in mind. He had my #. Could have reached 6. But no.

J&J picked up the phone first thing on a Monday and scheduled me for a Thursday morning appointment to get my onan 5.5 up and running same day via warranty repair! Will update to 5 stars once done. Update. Got me up and running. Replaced the fuel pump in my brand new motorhome Onan 5.5kw gen and it was ready for pick up the next day.
