I took an Onan generator to JJ Generator services, called in advanced. They said they would be happy to take a look at it, not really sure what the issue is, but the generator is not running. It is an older model generator. I was told to leave it and they would take a look and let me know what they thought. I left it last Friday, he called me on Wednesday and said he could not do anything with it and that I need to come pick it up. I showed up at pre designated time. 8:30 am. Driving 1 1/2 hrs. But at nine o'clock, I called Jerry, and was told he would be 2hrs later. A heads up, to wait until 10:30, would have been nice. Great news everyone. Found a great place for generator repair. It's not J&J. Furthermore, J dude, said, be here at 8:30, no mention of the fact, ( If I have an emergency,) I WON'T be here. Seems to me, this place doesn't have the customers best interest in mind. He had my #. Could have reached 6. But no.
