Through a total policy of non-disclosure, I was lured into having some extensive dental work done at this practice. On December 11th 2023 I arrived at this practice, presented my Medicare Advantage insurance card. Which the office staff acknowledged. I was given an examination without authorization from my insurance carrier, as well as x-rays.
