Terrible experience! They don’t know how to work with 4c hair. I asked for a flexi rod set but walked out with undefined curls that had a white residue from the dried product. They also didn’t use the mousse papers and pulled out my hair as they removed the rods. Terrible customer service, the manager laughed in agreement that I shouldn’t be leaving the hair with a white crusty residue all over it…so, I asked for them to reconsider the price, but they only took off $10. Great job on highlighting I got
I came here today for my 3rd time and she literally burned my head and hair so bad i didn’t even get it flat ironed ! When she moved the blow dryer down my hair my scalp was still burning as i said i been here before and never experienced this !!! Charged me $85 for a wash , blow dry & trim definitely over priced and i feel like they was upset because i didn’t let them flat iron my hair this is ridiculous i will never be back here again !!!!
If I could give this place 10 starts I would. Staff so sweet I have been taking my daughter here since she was 3. They were so patient with her kind & loving. Plus her hair was Silk pressed to the point every one thought my daughter had a hair weave. I highly recommend this place 😍. Just for context I posted a pic of my daughter's natural hair.
