The daughter child called and talked to them prior to her appointment. They didn’t try to gouge her or add anything “extra”. Simply stated any other needs and that they would be happy to make any repairs at her convenience.

These guys just hooked me up!!! Spent all last night, and then again this morning, looking for some specific tires. Needed things taken care off by this afternoon, but couldn’t find anywhere that had the tires in stock. Remembered about J&J, and gave them a call. Didn’t have the tires in stock, but ordered them AND can install them by this afternoon. I get there to drop off the car, and one of the guys tells me that I don’t need new tires.
