Last summer we dashed out the door for an appointment only to discover that there was attempted theft of BOTH vehicles, resulting in badly damaged steering columns and 2 cars that weren't going anywhere. I called Bodner's (Eddie and Vicki have always been SUPER nice!) and Eddie got me to breathe normally again. We had an appraiser out right away and a rental car reserved for us as well. It looked like they could be repaired, but because of covid I needed to make an appointment several days out to be able to tow them to the shop. I'll spare you the back and forth "we can fix them, no we can't, yes we can, but they don't make the parts anymore" details. They kept extending the car rental accordingly until they were both declared to be totaled. On top of that, they extended the car rental until we were able to find an appropriate new car. Traveler's and Bodner's held our hands the entire way, and made a nightmare scenario manageable to pleasant. I have always recommended them to Real Estate clients moving to Boston, but now I REALLY do! Thank you!
