Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, friendly and will not over sale you for work needed. It's shops like this where the customer benefits from the technicians experience rather than just going to another run of the mill service shop. J & J are the experts in their field and I'm grateful to have found them. Plus they have a dog in the office, so that tells me right there i'm dealing with good people. My 7.3 will not be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!
Fast, efficient and very affordable service! Was able to bring in my own parts which is an added plus. The staff (including the puppy) are very friendly.
