We have been coming to J & J since my son was a year old. We love them! My son has always loved his braces and we have had only good experiences. They always accommodate for adjustments and have always been kind to us. We love J & J.
Very knowledgeable practitioners and great customer service. I love the images they have for AFOs. They staff was very helpful explaining how my insurance work and even giving me tips on what to ask my insurance. Overall I highly recommend J & J.
Excellent practitioner but shady business. I went here and meeting with the doctor was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and I was so optimistic about what would happen. Then I get to billing: despite being in-network they refuse to bill my insurance. They insist that I must sign a contract to pay out of pocket because "insurance doesn't pay often enough at it's not worth our time to bill them". It is not the the type of place you want to go to but given how great the service is and how amazing the staff here are it makes it so much easier. Could not speak highly enough of the people or the company.
