Excellent customer service
They are crooks! Supposedly new washer was NEW "scratch and dent", but it didn't work as soon as it was delivered. The owner was rude and condescending when I spoke to him. He smirked at my problem. Now they won't return my calls, despite the fact my product should be under warranty! Scam artists!
28 days after purchasing a used fridge it went out. I called, they couldn’t come pick it up to fix it because I lived 35 miles out and they only cover up to 30 miles. They didn’t even care, just blew me off like I was irrelevant to their lives. I didn’t even bother getting it fixed, trashed it and bought a brand new from Lowes.
