Terrible hair dresser Natalia . I came from Menlo Park for my appointment in SF. I asked her for full head highlights with 10 Volume, because I can’t use any higher Volume- it will damage my thin hair. This terrible rude woman start screaming - said to me that she will use what she wants to use on my hair and she does not need to tell me what it will be. Sounds pretty ridiculous.
