DO NOT USE!! Worst appraisal company I have ever had. Comp's they used were not comp's at all and were completely invalid (one example is my property is almost 4 acres with multiple out-buildings and their comp's were single family homes with 3/4 acre or less lots). Had the appraisal reviewed by a retired appraiser and there was actual comps in my zip code that sold in the last 3 months that Troup didn't use.
