TERRIBLE, I got an appraisal for a refinancing they did a horrible job, didn't include any of our updates , panel box 100 amp to 200, metal roof ,new energy efficient furnace. Felt like vomiting after seeing their work.
DO NOT USE!! Worst appraisal company I have ever had. Comp's they used were not comp's at all and were completely invalid (one example is my property is almost 4 acres with multiple out-buildings and their comp's were single family homes with 3/4 acre or less lots). Had the appraisal reviewed by a retired appraiser and there was actual comps in my zip code that sold in the last 3 months that Troup didn't use. They were the kindest and most genuine people. Punctual. Picked appropriate comps. Great rates. Will use them again if needed.
