Wonderful counseling session! We talked about the importance of self-awareness and how it affects my life, family and coparenting. We met for a coparenting session and I left with the confidence to face life with a renewed sense of hope for the betterment of me and my girls. By learning key parenting concepts, communication styles and conflict resolution concepts, I highly recommend that you connect with Shalanda for your coparenting or counseling needs!
