A-Maze-Ing!!! These guys took such good care of me when I needed my transmission replaced in my Excursion. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle taken care of. Honest, amazingly good people!!!
While my transmission was in there care someone broke in and took my smarty chip out of my truck. I asked the front desk what happened and was told my truck was locked when the place was broke in to. Which leads me to believe that someone that works there stole it. Nevertheless the chip was stolen while in there care and j & g transmission refused to take care of it.
Transmission shifts smooth and the mechanic was so helpful explaining the cause of the failure and showing me the damaged parts and the new parts he was installing! Great customer care!
Great to work with, excellent service and fair prices.
