City of Boise needs to contract out local companies that care about the local commminity. Ever since they started the Dorado Low income housing in Boise trash, nails snd debri is all over and around the jobsite. Embarrassing to drive by and many have complained of tire issues since at our HOA meetings and concerns about animal safety. I have lived in a complex operated by J Fisher Co, and the property management ran by this company and the building manager is trash. We’ve had 3 different managers in the last year and 3 different assistants. That should tell you everything you need to know about how awful and incompetent the company is. The elevator in my building was broken for FIVE WEEKS (saying they had to wait for a part. We can slingshot people around the moon but they can’t get an elevator part in less than 5 weeks??
