Pretty awesome guy and very experienced. I must warn that there is a $245 flat fee ontop of whatever it cost for your repairs. A little pricey i might say
My lawn mower didn’t start after the winter so I brought it in to have it serviced. I paid about $140 to have the carburetor cleaned out, oil changed, and air filter replaced. A couple of weeks later it refused to start again so I took it back - the guys diagnosed and fixed the remaining issue quickly and for free (choke valve issue). Great service and highly recommend for maintenance on you mower from time to time.
I visited the shop yesterday with an issue on my ryobi weed eater that I was totally stumped on, it was driving me nuts. Frank visited with me about the issue like an old friend and showed me kindly what I was doing wrong, without making me feel stupid, such a super guy, and I would feel confident that could solve any issue with any yard tool. I drove all the way over from Plano, but it was worth it, no one else helped like Frank did. Super shop, couldn't recommend strong enough!!
I'm updating my review, simply because everything I say applies just as much now as it did the first time I posted it.Incredibly helpful, very professional, and unbelievably knowledgeable. I recommend them very highly to my friends. Definitely a service organization I will happily use again! A seriously outstanding business!!
