Doug and the team at JF Morgan & Sons managed my property for 6 years. They ensured the house was rented for all but three weeks out of those 6 years, and the tenants they screened were acceptable and did not damage the property. JFM&S was very prompt with my requests, and always listened to my concerns when I raised them. I ultimately ended up going with JFM&S when I decided to sell my property and they handled that flawlessly. I cannot give these people high enough praise. I have to wonder if the previous review was written by an employee/family member/owner/friend. Anyway, from my experience, I would not recommend them. They have very poor customer service, often don't respond for long people of time and when you do get in touch with someone, they are very, very, very rude and like to seem to try to blame pre-existing problems on current tenants.
