They were all quick, efficient, and very kind!
Fast ful eye exam. Only took an hour. Glasses ordered paid and done. Very friendly staff. Happy customer!
I had one star prior due to buying glasses I could not see. After asking for a refund I was denied by Miss Posey who explained they DO NOT do refunds. I had Dr. Cosby convince me to come back to get my glasses. I explained I didn’t want to come back, however he said you came to get a pair of glasses don’t you want glasses? After rechecking my eyes he said my prescription was correct however I have to see through the center of the glasses. I am 53 years old and never heard that ever! Just a rude when you call! I asked a question and said thank you. The girl never gave her name and hung up on me once I she answered me. No need to be rude. No worries I won’t be using you at all EVER!
Horrible!! Wish I could give a negative! Miss Posey who gave me this prescription refused to give me a refund! I am stuck with glasses I can’t see out of! I also paid for lenses that they kept!! Don’t do it if you plan to see!!
