Perhaps you were not that skilled. I am the lead in our metal spinning department at our Shakopee location. In my department and in others, we place a very high standard on the quality of our product. These products still need to be produced in an efficient and timely manner, that is how a business makes a profit. Unfortunately some individuals do not have the dual requirements of technical skill and efficacy of work to handle the environment of JE Earll.
