At JDs tonight. My son got a popcycle and it quickly fell off the stick. I asked for a cup so he could eat it and I got a nasty response from a worker who said she couldn't help unless I paid .15 cents. I paid w. Credit card so I had no cash so she slammed the door in my face. All after spending $10 on ice cream two seconds before. My wife went up and spoke to a younger worker and sge helped. ..but I am disgusted about this persons really bad response.

Wow! I am sooo sorry! I just saw this and I am totally shocked. We do charge for extra cups with orders but not for situations like this. I want to make it up to you by treating your family to dessert. I hope you will try us again and it will be on us. Tell the cashier your name and if I am not here I will have the info at the register. Again, I truly apologize for your bad experience and my late response.
