We love JD's and are always anxious for them to open each spring. The custard is the best around and the staff is always very friendly. This is a wonderful family owned business and we are lucky to have such a great option for a sweet treat in Englewood.
Love, love, love JD's. Great and fast customer service. Drive by and see the long lines as they are always busy, but they work fast and there is never a long wait. Besides it is so worth it! Great and friendly staff.
The staff are rude and make snotty comments when they think no one is listening. They make you stand outside to order when it is 30 degrees, and stand around looking at you if you try and order inside. Always understaffed, and claim six people in line is being slammed for having four employees working. They have very poor signage.they also don't care about losing customers. I have witnessed on a few occasions tell customers to not come back. When they did wrong by the costumer.

This really surprised me! We were taking orders inside all day today for people who didn't want to stand outside because of the cold temperatures. And we have never told a customer not to come back. I would love for you to call me tomorrow. I will be there from 9-4 and the number is 836-9219.
