Dr. Nisbet is without question the best physician I have ever been to. I have been his patient for decades, and he is always professional, always listens and asks questions, and gives the best explanations and shares his knowledge with any questions or concerns I have had. He is genuinely a kind and compassionate person. He goes above and beyond as a doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr.Nisbet and staff are phenomenal. He cares about his patients and always goes above and beyond. I was a patient of his for over 20 years, until moving to S.C. The receptionists are wonderful too, including Ann Marie who I’ve had one on ones with for many years. I will miss them all. A top tier medical staff, office and doctors!
Not only can you not get ahold of someone at the office, but once you do go in for an appointment, you will wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. This was not only frustrating when I was pregnant with my first child, but careless on the part of the doctor. I left the practice to see a midwife (encourage anyone looking to do the same) and now that I want access to my records, I still can't get ahold of office staff with Nisbet. Do yourself a favor and seek care elsewhere.
Cut phone hours to 4 a day, makes getting ahold of anyone difficult at best.
Spent the entire day calling just to either not have the phone ring and be left with an automated message that then hangs up on you DURING THE FEW HOURS THEY ACCEPT CALLS. Cut phone hours to less than 4 hours a day and they don't get answered.
