Their store has very nice things in it, but they only care about the "SALE" and not the service or any kind of follow up. We had Eric as our designer and were not pleased. We just moved here and had to furnish an entire house. We ordered furniture from at least 20 different vendors and got great service and follow up from every single place except J Douglas.
