My father went here per a referral from his dentist to get two teeth pulled. Upon going to Dr. Willis, he ended up pulling all of his teeth without any regards of pain he was going through. Basically told him their was nothing more he could do for the pain and we got the impression to suck it up butter cup and he would pull them as fast as he can. Dr. Willis and his staff are the most professional yet very kind . My mother and myself have been patients of Dr. Willis for the last 6 years. I have always had a great fear about going to the dentist but Dr. Willis has showed me that dentist can be gentle yet effective.
that laura lady at front desk is very rude and NO personally!
For the first time in my life I had to contact the Better Business Bureau on this dental clinic. I currently have a complaint out that explains what happened. It is listed below. Keep in mind we were customers for 2 years at this place. Before this incident the service was still only average and unremarkable. You can find better clinics.
