I am always impressed with the exceptional level of personal dental care by Dr. Dave and my RDH, Lori. They are both personable, patient, and professional. I appreciate their knowledge, competence, and skilled treatment. The receptionists are always welcoming.Thank you Carmen, for your prompt assistance on my most recent visit.
Nobody likes to go to the dentist - unless you go to Dr. Dave’s! His dental hygienists are great and educate you on the why of brushing and flossing (4 sides of your teeth) are so important. Dr. Dave has always been on top of things and practices the leading edge of dentistry. They work well with your fears and apprehensions and are some of the top dentist teams around!
Just when I thought their service couldn’t get any better; the staff is even friendlier and some how more professional during this trying time. They take many health precautions.
The current procedures for the coronavirus are excellent. I called to let them know I was there. When Lori was ready for me the office staff called me back. I was met at the door to have my temperature taken, was asked to wash my hands, and then Lori took me back. Lori and Dr. Al both had masks, face shields, and goggles. Every precaution was taken.
Superb experience with regard to all aspects!
From the minute I entered the reception area I felt comfortable being with the staff. No scary thoughts of the coronavirus. They were ready for me and I am happy I kept my appointment.
