We are a military family and we've moved 14 times in 28 years. So...we've seen a LOT of different dentists. My whole family agrees that Dr. Alachnowicz and those in his practice are the best we've ever encountered. We own our home in this area, and part of 'coming home' to Virginia is coming back to our favorite dentist, too.
During this visit my dental hygienist not only did a great job of cleaning my teeth she also used a ultrasonic scaling Instrument which was wonderful. Dr. Alachnowicz spent time needed to adjust a crown surface that was impacting my bit and was causing annoying pain. Great Job the pains are gone!
I'm very pleased with my first visit. I was not urged to get any unnecessary dental work done, which I really appreciated.
Dr. David A. is a top-notch dentist who cares very much about his work and the quality of treatment and runs a fine practice. Additionally the people that work in the office are terrific and talented also. I highly recommend this place.

The professionalism and care of the dentists and staff is above the rest. The staff is very courteous, friendly and efficient and go beyond the "norm" to accommodate the patients.
I'm 58 and have seen a few Dentists in my lifetime and Dr. Alachnowicz and is staff are the best I have seen, friendly, knowledgeable and caring, great with children and adults. His offices are bright, clean and comfortable. Most people, including me, dread going to the dentist but the good Dr, and his staff make you want to come back, I'm serious.
Jen was superb in her dental hygienist role in cleaning my teeth. Very thorough yet mild in her approach, she did an outstanding job.
