The Technician Was Prompt, Courteous & Knowledgeable. I would Absolutely Recommend JD Vigil ! Not Reliable I made an appointment 5 days ahead so that I could be sure to have this appointment. I rearranged my schedule and the renters schedule so that we could have this appointment. They call the day of and want to either come first thing in the morning or some other day. When I asked if they could figure something out with the appointment that must have been made after I made my appointment they said no I was just out of luck. There are lots of heating and air conditioning people, I'm sure I can find a reliable one.
Do not use this business First, this company spec�d an undersized AC for my house, then charged $208 a few years later to simply replace a fuse. Just to make sure you know, their minimum fee to make a service call is $200, but they make it sound like it�ll be only $79 on the phone. But then they get out and it�s �oh ya, it�s minimum of an hour�s worth of additional fees even if it takes 2 seconds to fix�. Talk about terrible customer service! I will never have these rip-offs back in my house again, and neither should you.
