They had prompt responses, fair pricing and let me know when they’d be in my neighborhood (I’m a bit far from their home base), scheduled an appointment and they were flexible with my schedule. Derrick did an awesome job, he called me with an accurate ETA after finishing his last job, maneuvered the machine in tight quarters near a new tree recently planted; smoothed out the area where the stump was and even offered to blow off the driveway where debris fell. After watching you make the huge stumps in our son's inaccessible yard in Arlington disappear three years ago, there was no question in my mind that we only needed to make one call for stumps in our yard. Derrick and his machine worked their magic here and I couldn't be happier.
