Keep customer better informed about what is going on with the equipment. They seemed like nice people but the service needs some improvement
My husband took our Mantis tiller in for some work, took over 4 weeks. Which we understand. Things happen, but when he went to pick it up they tried to tell him he brought in a Troy built. We never owned a Troy. So now we have to prove he brought in a Mantis. Trying to find a receipt where we bought it. Don't think it will make any difference. All that was given him was a ticket number, no receipt showing what he brought for repairs. Hope whoever got our Mantis enjoys it

I dropped my lawnmower off for repair 1 month ago and have had zero contact from the shop. The phone number for the shop has also not worked for over a month. I have even gone as far as to stop by during normal business hours and the shop was closed with no one in sight. I just want my lawnmower back to bring to another repair shop at this point.
Took my presurwasher to them and after $30 deposit, 8weeks , 2 phone call from me, and stop in they still had not touch it. I will chalk this up a $30 lesson if you ever want see your equipment again dont take it to them.
This place is a JOKE!!! Buy a new mower ect. rather then bring anything here. They’ll let you equipment rot in the elements so you’ll have to buy something new anyways.
👹Total SCAM! These people whoever they are should NOT be in business at all! Take your equipment there at your own risk! Took my pressure washer and gave them a $30 deposit over 8 weeks ago. Called and called. Never got an estimate, or even a time frame. Today I went to pick it up because they have done nothing and obviously never intended to.
