Well, here we go again. This "Management" company does anything but manage in my experience. Heather Taylor, the woman who oversees our HOA, is HORRIBLE at follow-up and communicating. She uses the excuse that she is unable to share what croons were taken with other home owners/tenants, however issues I have brought to her attention to seemingly unaddressed for months and months and months.
