Appointments are timely (and if they run a little behind they are very quick to acknowledge this... excellent way to value your patient's time). Assessments are through, no judgments are made based upon appearance of your teeth and care plans explained in detail and in terms which can be easily understood. I have faced a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist as my previous experiences were not that great. I then became a patient at JD Howard and the people are so kind and have done everything they can to make me comfortable. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and works closely with you to devolop a treatment plan if one is needed. I can't say enough great things about them!
