I recently had to have two fillings taken care of by Dr Howard. I wasn't looking forward to having it done at all! However, from the moment I walked into the office it was actually a quite calm experience. The hygenist talked softly and calmly to me explaining the entire process, put a fancy bib on me and we got started. The numbing gel truly helps keep the process painless. I just had a cleaning and the tech Nicole was wonderful and she was caring. Meeting Dr Ben for the first time upside down. He was really reassuring and made me feel comfortable and confident with him.
My son bumped chipped his front tooth . We came in and saw Nicole and Dr. Ben , they were great ! My son loved them and so did we !
