My family and I were patients of Aspen Dental. We felt we were on an assembly line at a factory. Always being rushed. The employees there were annoyed if we took up too much of their time. Not the same at JD Howard. The employees take their time. They explain why they are providing a particular procedure. What the cost will be. They don't get annoyed if you can't afford a procedure or wish to postpone for financial reasons.
Enjoyed having Christie do my cleaning. Very gentle and great personalilty. Dr Ben was ever nice and explained in detail my crown possibilities. Cute too!
