Friendly Everyone is extremely friendly and all smiles as you walk through the door ! I have an anxiety issue when it comes to certain things at the dentist.When I went in for a scaling I explained all my fears to Christie who was pleasant and very understanding.She was patient throughout the procedure making me very calm and comfortable.
Another wonderful experience with my dental hygienist, Kate. She is personable, gentle and always makes sure I'm physically comfortable, as I have a severe spinal disorder. Kate always makes sure that I understand any and all treatments and makes excellent recommendations for the protection of my teeth.

I have been a patient for a number of years. I came from a "big" practice in Dover because Dr. Josh was so great the first time I saw him, I would never go anywhere else. They take their time, they ask how I am when they are working on things, they manage the situation. It puts me at ease and that is an accomplishment!
