Jeff and Dale are Great! Always go out of their way and know their stuff. Down to earth, no bull people. If you need a part, Mrs Dale either has it or can probably get it. Better prices than the other local shops and more experience.
Extremely poor customer service and absolutely NO regard for customer satisfaction. They take a ridiculously long time to complete simple repairs and NEVER deliver as promised. I don't understand how they manage to stay in business treating their customers the way they do. Do yourself a favor and take your bike someplace else even if it costs more!!! This place will bring you nothing but aggravation. I don't know who is leaving all these happy comments and rave reviews. MUST BE FAMILY
