We're worked with Basement Doctors on 3 occasions now and each time has been a great experience. It's never easy to deal with a flooded basement or bad foundation, but this company does a great job of reassuring you and making you feel confident that everything will work out in the end. Steve Purdon is a great customer sales rep and Pat Weatherholt led an excellent crew to add piering to our foundation. It was a process that we were dreading but Steve and Pat were extremely professional and got the job done early.
