I think it's terrible you would argue with a customer when you messed up their car!
BEWARE!!!! they scratched up my rims, put weights on the outside of my rims then put directional tires on backwards. Had to take my car to another shop to get it balanced after they supposedly balanced the wheels. I had to go without my car for a week. This was all over a simple tire rotation!!
They will donate 5% to churches, I go to St.Gianna.
